Tenant and property enquiries
For a repair, tenancy question or urgent property-safety concern, contact your landlord or letting agent directly. This inbox is not an emergency reporting service. If there is immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
Your landlord or agent usually controls the personal information they put into LetThread. Start with them for requests about those records; we can help identify the responsible organisation where needed.
